Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Wisconsin, US. We ship to most countries except for a few due to various factors including logistical challenges faced by our courier partners.

Please note that processing your order can take up to 2 business days, however most orders will ship within 1 business day.

 

US CUSTOMERS

Standard shipping: 2-7 business days
Express Shipping (UPS): 2-business day shipping

• Order value less than $39: We offer a flat shipping rate of $5 for order value of less than $39.
• Order value between $39-$100: We offer free standard shipping for orders of $39 and above up to $100.
• Order value of over $100: We offer free 2-day shipping for all orders more than $100 in value.

• Order value between $39-$150: We offer a further discounted shipping rate of $9.
• Order value of over $150: We offer free shipping for all orders more than $150 in value.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available and rates are available at checkout depending on your order destination country. Rates start at $49.

 

For these countries, we offer discounted standard shipping rates starting at $9. There are tracking details provided but not a guaranteed up-to-date real time tracking.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available and rates are available at checkout depending on your order destination country. Rates start at $55.

 

For all other countries, we offer discounted standard shipping rates starting at $20. There are tracking details provided but not a guaranteed up-to-date real time tracking.

In most cases, this would be delivered via UPS or equivalent courier service providers such as DHL or Fedex. Typically orders will be delivered within 3-10 business days after shipping. There is an up to date live tracking service.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Please note it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you.

We are not responsible for any tariffs or customs regulations.

We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office or not delivered unless returned to us. In the event the shipment is returned to us due to any reason, any and all shipping fees, including return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Hype Razor will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility; we of course will help you to the best of our knowledge. By ordering from our site you are stating that you agree to our shipping policy and terms of conditions.

Delivery times are based on shipping with the assumption of no delays. If there are delays, packages may take a few additional days/weeks. In our experience, customs clearance can take anywhere from one day to thirty days but is typically very fast.
